The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan's Camp Settoga, located in Rockland County, is looking for an Office Administrator for summer 2020!
Must be available five days a week, June 22nd-28th for staff orientation and June 29th-August 21st for camp.
Roles + Responsibilities:
Organize and plan for each day at camp - bus lists, reminders and schedule updates for staff, messages for unit heads, etc.
Copies of weekly schedules and special event schedules
Answer all incoming calls to camp - answer parent questions, transfer as needed
Coordinate supply ordering with Assistant Director and Program Director
Maintain and organize all office supplies
Cleanliness and order of main camp office
Work with caterer to make allergy signs for lunches
End of camp inventory for all specialties and areas of camp
Organize special gifts for campers
Organize, sort and hand out challah weekly
Flexibility and ability to work with changing plans
Ability to work with Google Docs and Microsoft Office
Some administrative experience
Interest (required) and experience (preferred) in a child-friendly environment
Welcoming and respectful demeanor
