We are looking to fill a PART-TIME, 20-HOURS PER WEEK, REMOTE, FLEX-TIME position that reports to the Director of Administration to support customer service and technical operations including phone and email reception; course and program enrollment; database maintenance; learning management system; technical support inquiries, and related tasks. Position start date is December 15, 2020.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, use of cloud-based applications, and data entry
Effective and professional email communication skills
Professional customer service communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
The ability to promptly complete tasks and return calls and emails
AA in Non-Profit Administration, Business Administration, Educational Administration preferred
Knowledge of basic Judaism is preferred
Candidate must have their own computer that includes a computer microphone, video camera for web-based meetings, and reliable high-speed Internet access.
Candidate must be willing and able to video conference over Zoom and learn new technology for daily tasks and project work.
Candidate must be available 4 hours per day Sunday through Thursday on a flexible schedule.
$18/hour x 20 hours = $360/week = $1,440/month
This is a contract position; no benefits are included with compensation.
