Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator

The Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator position is a multifaceted role that encompasses various responsibilities related to digital outreach and engagement. The prospective staff member will work under the supervision of ZOA’s Director of Marketing and Communications and the ZOA Campus Managing Director. The primary duties of the position will be jointly split between ZOA National and the ZOA Campus Department.
Part-time position

20 hours a week

Remote based
Duties will include:

Managing ZOA social media accounts across various platforms
Creating strategic social media marketing campaigns
Increasing the engagement of the ZOA Campus online audience
Managing the ZOA Campus Instagram account
Creating daily Instagram posts
Curating and posting multiple Insta Stories per day
Directing Instagram outreach efforts to a college and youth demographic
Managing the ZOA Campus Facebook account
Creating daily Facebook posts
Increasing outreach efforts through the creation of dynamic content
Creating new digital content that can be shared across various platforms
Launching new social media accounts (Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat)
Managing ZOA Campus website and creating new digital content?

Fact sheets
Flyers
Infographics
Providing general updates to the website
Creating and updating existing PowerPoint presentations, scripts, and lectures

Assisting in organizing ZOA Campus contact lists and databases
Designing new ZOA Campus promotional material and swag
Partnering with ZOA Campus staff for the creation of a ZOA Campus newsletter
Additional media: podcasts, video content, digital marketing campaigns
Contributing to ZOA National Facebook and Twitter accounts
Creating content for paid digital marketing campaigns for ZOA National

Skills & Experience Required
Experience with Facebook Business Manager - running paid ads
Experience with Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat
Ability to run analytics on digital campaigns and to tweak based on KPI’s
Strong writing skills
Interest in current events
