Southeast Area Director

NA’AMAT USA, a non-profit women’s fundraising organization, is seeking a part-time AREA DIRECTOR to work from home 15 -20 hours per week, flexible schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to Day Operations including answering phones, emails and written communications
Bookkeeping: Maintain Quickbooks
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Maintain Membership and Donor Database
Produce Reports
Provide member /donor stewardship by phone, emails and texting
Plan/Execute Events
Produce monthly Newsletter- electronic or print
Mailings: USPS & Electronic
Social Media Development and Maintenance
New Member Development – initially in Broward and Palm Beach County
Community Relations Outreach

QUALIFICATIONS
B.A. degree preferred
3 – 5 years office administration
Highly Organized with excellent office skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Publisher
Proficient in Quickbooks Online
Donor Perfect or comparable database experience a plus
Knowledge and experience with maintaining social media
Self-Motivated
Team Player
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Zoom and Constant Contact experience preferred
Experience with Non-Profits and Jewish Community a plus
