Looking for a competent project manager to lead a marketing team, that serves a variety of Jewish non-profit organizations.
The main responsibility is developing and executing marketing campaigns that would enhance brand awareness and further fundraising goals for each client, by utilizing creative resources (writers, graphic designers, social media interns, web developers, etc.). The Marketing Manager has to understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of different digital and offline channels, and have the creativity and sensitivity to deliver audience-appropriate content.
3-5 years of experience in a comparable role;
Excellent organization/managerial skills;
Highly-driven and self-motivated leader who knows how to manage expectations;
Tech-Savvy: familiar with the relevant software (Email CRMs, Schedulers, Canva, etc.) or capable to pick those up quickly;
Able to have the flexibility to include some other related functions;
Passionate about helping a range of Jewish causes;
Hebrew proficiency is a plus (not a requirement);
It is important that the applicant is a great communicator, analytical thinker, someone who understand accountability and is always willing to learn and improve.
