Bethesda Jewish Congregation,, seeks a creative and engaging individual to be our part-time Program and Worship Coordinator. We have been co-located with the Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church (BHPC) for over 50 years and engage with them and other interfaith partners to make a more just world. We are seeking a Program and Worship Coordinator who is excited about and adept with communications, program creation and implementation, and volunteer engagement. The Coordinator will partner with the Rabbi, Synagogue Administrator (new position simultaneously being sought), Board of Directors, and member volunteers to craft innovative programs that speak to our members and inspire others to join us and envision Jewish education as a living, relevant part of our lives. A candidate who is excited and willing to dedicate time to create new content and raise awareness of BJC’s programming with students, congregants, and prospective members using multiple platforms will thrive in this new role.

Partner with teachers and the Education committee to create and manage engaging programming for the religious school. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing communication to current members about programs and developing outreach programs to interest new members.
