POSITION: Board Liaison & Governance Manager EXEMPT / NON-UNION DEPARTMENT: Executive Office of the President & CEO SALARY: $85,000 – $95,000
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Reporting to the President & CEO with the support of the Chief Operating Offer, the Director of Board Relations & Governance will serve as the primary point of contact for board members, ensuring seamless communication and efficient coordination of board-related activities, provide exemplary customer service to this volunteer community, and act as liaison between the officers, the board and multiple constituencies with care and attention. This position will manage board of director meetings and will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to support the effectiveness and governance of the Board of Directors.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
ADDITIONAL DUTIES Be available to supervisor for additional assignments, as required, including assisting with the Campaign.
