Description

Donor Management:

-Use Admire software to record all donor transactions

-Correspondence with donors in person, by phone & email (Track with contact logs)

-Manage statements/receipts/acknowledgement letters (Mazal tov/Thank you/memorials)

-Track and categorize donations/donor categories

-Track payments that come in from multiple sources (web/online forms/zelle/venmo, etc.)

-Keep donor information up to date

-Manage program and event reservations etc

-Record into QuickBooks

 

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

-QuickBooks non-profit

-Run reports

-Reconcile statements & CC's

-Properly categorize all transactions

-Payroll management and check printing

-Manage orders that need to be placed

-Pay bills

-Make bank deposits

 

Non profit/Office Management:

-Complete tax/insurance/etc. forms as needed

-Fundraiser management

-General office work

-Be in touch with maintenance and ensure supplies ordered

-Answering phone calls and emails and directing them to relevant staff

 

Job Requirements:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all Kollel staff, members, vendors, etc.

-Proficient in the us of web and computers, office productivity software, and common business computer technologies

-Experience with QuickBooks experience (strong plus)

-Must be willing to learn Admire software

-Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

-Reliability and discretion with sensitive information

-Ability to function with and without close supervision
