Job Title: Program and Event Associate
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office, events across the US)

Position Overview:
As a Program and Event Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of high-profile programs, ensuring the success of virtual sessions, in-person dinners, and quarterly conferences.  This role requires a strong focus on participant engagement, event logistics, and strategic outreach to expand our network of attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, invite, and confirm qualified speakers for virtual sessions, in-person dinners, and quarterly conferences.
  • Manage participant engagement by cultivating relationships, expanding outreach, and ensuring all event-related communications are handled promptly.
  • Attend programs as needed, providing on-site administrative support and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure 100% accuracy in event-related marketing materials and communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal records for participants and event-related content.
  • Continually develop a deep understanding of industry trends, ensuring a cohesive and relevant programming schedule for your assigned division.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential participants, engaging them to expand the Dynasty network and secure event attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in delivering engagement opportunities via phone or face-to-face.
  • Experience in fundraising, sales, or membership-based organizations or the philanthropy sector.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify emerging industry trends.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated and capable of problem-solving independently.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of professional or relevant internship experience.
  • Familiarity with Jewish traditions and calendar preferred, or willingness to learn.
