Description

Well-established construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects and ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep appreciation for teamwork, honesty, and reliability.

Duties

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare construction estimates and budgets based on project specifications.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role for at least 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid, etc. 
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction estimating practices, project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
