Position Overview:
Jewish National Fund-USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the organization.
This role requires strong planning skills, precision in managing timelines and deliverables, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments. The Marketing Associate will contribute to national campaigns, donor communications, local and regional events, program outreach, and digital and print materials as needed and determined by department leadership.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. They must be comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to late changes with professionalism and accuracy. This position reports to a Marketing Strategist and works closely with a cross-functional team to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned marketing execution.
This role will work out of Jewish National Fund-USA NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing assets.
- Manage timelines, schedules, and project details across multiple campaigns
- Support the execution of marketing strategies for national programs, donor initiatives, events, and fundraising campaigns
- Work with writers, designers, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Assist with email marketing setup, list coordination, and basic reporting (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus)
- Help gather content, images, stories, and testimonials for campaigns and collateral
- Conduct quality control checks on marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain organized records of deliverables and project status across marketing systems
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships or volunteer roles welcome)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented — comfortable working with colleagues across departments and levels
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); bonus points for experience with email platforms, CMS tools, or project management software
