Full-time position working in a multifaith organization to combat antisemitism focused on bringing together Jews, Christians and other religious groups who support and love Israel. Our main focus is maintaining an alliance between Jews and Evangelicals.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and versatile Associate Director to join our team. This role requires a dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends with travel across the US to meet the diverse needs of our organization and community partners. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development and Management
    • Design and implement interfaith programs and initiatives
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
    • Collaborate with faith leaders and community partners
  2. Fundraising and Grant Writing
    • Develop and write grant proposals
    • Cultivate relationships with donors and funding organizations
    • Assist in organizing fundraising events
  3. Communications and Outreach
    • Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other tools
    • Represent the organization at community events and speaking engagements
    • Manage social media presence and content creation
  4. Administrative Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor program staff and volunteers
    • Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth
    • Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Religious Studies, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in nonprofit management or related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse religious and cultural groups
  • Experience in program development and project management preferred
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work outside traditional 9-5 hours, including evenings and weekends for events, meetings, and program activities
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, partner meetings, and/or events
  • Passion for interfaith work and commitment to religious diversity and inclusion
