Position Summary:

The NCSY Accounts Payable Associate will be part of a team that will be responsible for reviewing, recording, and reconciling credit card expenses for the eleven NCSY regions. This position will also review and pay out expense reimbursements. The position will report to the NCSY Divisional Controller.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze credit card transactions and employee reimbursements for compliance with organizational policies
  • Review coding for all transactions and edit coding as necessary
  • Approve transactions and send reimbursements for payment
  • Upload daily journal entries to the OU accounting system (Dynamics GP)
  • Provide documentation as requested for the organization’s annual audit
  • Perform other reconciliations or A/P transactions as needed

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
  • Attention to detail, extremely organized with a sense of urgency regarding tasks and ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NetSuite
  • Experience using Ramp or administering an organizational credit card program
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

 

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000.
