REMOTE POSITION or HYBRID

Chai Lifeline is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing and communications initiatives that elevate our brand, engage supporters, and amplify our mission. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will oversee a range of projects, including public relations, digital content, social media, and fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, skilled communicator, and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Jewish community.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Craft compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, web pages, fundraising materials, social media posts, and more
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, digital, and print)
  • Pitch stories to media outlets, respond to press inquiries, and monitor media coverage
  • Oversee Chai Lifeline’s blog and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
  • Manage social media platforms, posting engaging content and fostering community interaction
  • Collaborate with the CMO and Creative Director to produce marketing collateral (brochures, ads, fundraising appeals, newsletters, etc.).
  • Work closely with regional offices and departments to plan, implement, and optimize fundraising (including crowdfunding ) across all platforms
  • Support the execution of major events, including galas, Bike4Chai, and marathons
  • Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, including AI-driven content creation, personalization strategies, influencer collaborations, and interactive social media engagement to enhance outreach and engagement
  • Assist in Ad Hoc Assignments 

Experience: 

 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications

Professional Skills: 

Strong understanding of the Jewish community and nonprofit landscape

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a passion for Chai Lifeline’s mission
