- Researching and tracking prospective partners (synagogues, day schools, camps, JCCs, etc.) for lead generation.
- Qualifying prospect leads through grading and scoring methods, tracking engagement to identify warm leads for hand-off.
- Providing regular actionable reports and updates to members of the Partnership Team with current leads status.
- Coordinating and executing email outreach on behalf of Regional Directors and when appropriate, through mass outreach channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Coordinating recruitment events and webinars including outreach, tech support, follow-up.
- Maintain contacts database and produce reports as needed
- Implement and support outreach campaigns, including general recruitment, re-engagement campaigns for lapsed contacts, and others as relevant
- Serve as a bridge between the marketing and partnership teams, collaborating frequently
- Other duties as assigned

- Embrace Moving Traditions’ mission
- 2-3 years of marketing or sales experience at an associate level, or equivalent
- Experience or a working knowledge of Jewish institutions including synagogues, day schools, summer camps, JCCs, etc.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely with colleagues, at a fast pace
- Ability to occasionally attend and support Moving Traditions recruitment events, which can occur on Sundays or in the evenings
- Strong workload management skills, including organization, time management, defining and setting priorities, and problem-solving.
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office/365, WordPress, Formstack (or similar program), Zoom webinar
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, and Pardot (or similar mass email program)
- Comfort with an online environment, including learning new programs
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation at Moving Traditions is determined based on the salary band for the role. The salary range for this role is $50-60,000, yearly. Benefits package includes paid time off for vacation and Jewish and major national holidays, 100% paid medical benefits for employee including dental/vision, STD/Life insurance, and FSA. In addition, employees that have been with Moving Traditions for at least a year are eligible for paid parental leave and a 401K employer contribution.

- Applicants that move forward will have an interview with the VP of Marketing and Communications and the VP of Partnerships.
- Finalists will have an interview with the Chief Growth Officer and CEO.
