We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our close-knit team at The Selfhelp Home, where every resident is truly at home. Founded in 1938, our community is built on rich Jewish traditions and values, creating a unique and vibrant environment for our residents. As a vital member of our team, you’ll work collaboratively to uphold our legacy of compassionate care while supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional sales support – you’ll be an integral part of helping seniors and their families find their new home in our community.
The Sales Coordinator position is crucial in managing the day-to-day sales operations, maintaining our CRM system, and ensuring seamless communication with prospective residents and their families throughout the sales process. Most importantly, you’ll help create meaningful connections with prospective residents and their families, understanding that you’re not just coordinating sales activities, but helping individuals find their place in our warm, culturally-rich community.
This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the Marketing Team to support overall occupancy goals.
Lead Management & CRM Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
- Process and distribute new leads to appropriate team members
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up
- Generate regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
- Document all prospect interactions and communications
- Tour coordination
- Schedule and facilitate facility tours, coordinating with department heads
- Prepare tour materials and information packets
- Manage follow-up communications
- Sales Support & Communication
- Respond to initial inquiries professionally and promptly
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials
- Maintain prospect communication schedules
- Support follow-up activities with prospects and families
- Assist with sales event coordination and planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on material needs
- Support weekly sales meetings and reporting

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support or administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in senior living or healthcare industry a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
