Teen Education and Engagement Program Associate

Reports to: Director of Teen Education and Engagement and Kehillah High

Position Type: Full Time @ 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to fill the role of Kehillah High Program Associate. This position requires a unique blend of programming skills, marketing expertise, and administrative proficiency to contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Programming:
    • Kehillah High program support including presence at weekly Wednesday night program
    • Federation Teen Israel Experience program support
    • Teen Engagement Professionals network in partnership with Teen Education and Engagement Director for planning and facilitation
    • Program support in partnership with Teen Education and Engagement Director and Teen Planning committee for planning and facilitation of collaborative community teen programming
  • Marketing:
    • Brainstorm and collaborate on marketing strategies to promote Kehillah High programs and enhance brand awareness
    • Manage social media channels specific to Kehillah High, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral for Kehillah High, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters
    • Surveying participants to identify trends and opportunities for program growth
    • Maintain website content for Kehillah High programs, ensuring up-to-date and consistent information is available to all users
  • Administration:
    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Kehillah High and community teen programs
    • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and functions specific to Kehillah High
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to Kehillah High and teen education and engagement programs
    • Project management of independent and collaborative work and programs to maintain deadlines and efficient project flow
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for program related activities
    • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for program-related information
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Experience in educational programming in Jewish organization preferred
    • Experience working collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff and lay leaders within an organization
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
    • Multitasking abilities, open-minded and flexible
  • Additional skills:
    • Proficiency in Google suite, Excel, Constant Contact, Canva, CRM systems and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok 
    • Experience with website management
    • Familiarity with marketing analytic tools
Salary55,000.00 - 60,000.00 Annual
