We are seeking a full time dynamic, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our Early Childhood team as an Office Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting the operational and educational aspects of our center, ensuring a nurturing environment where children thrive. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling diverse administrative responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to teaching and administrative staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Maintain compliance with Childcare Licensing and Enforcement regulations, overseeing student and staff records. Assist in scheduling, program coordination, and marketing initiatives to enhance community engagement. Answer phones and maintain files. Uphold a commitment to prioritizing the safety, education, and developmental needs of children. Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Access, Excel) and general computer literacy. Minimum of 2 years of college education; experience in a school or childcare setting preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
