The Program Associate is responsible for enhancing the student experience across our five base campuses and additional expansion schools through data-driven strategy, collaboration with campus and community partners, and inspirational support for the Student Life Team (SLT). This role will act as the “logistics lead” for programming, partnering with the Assistant Director on strategic engagement initiatives that help to sustain our student-driven community at SF Hillel. You will collaborate with SLT to ensure the engagement strategy is tailored to our unique multi-campus community and supports our ongoing growth.
By joining the team at SF Hillel, you will be at the forefront of the Jewish community in San Francisco, helping Jewish students discover themselves in an inclusive, diverse city rich in cultural heritage.
San Francisco Hillel (SF Hillel) provides inclusive, innovative, and fun Jewish experiences and programs for college and graduate students across San Francisco. With vibrant student communities at SF State University, University of San Francisco, UC Law SF, UCSF Medical School, and San Francisco Conservatory of Music, our professionals mentor students of all Jewish backgrounds as they author their adult identities and launch their careers. We believe the way to fortify the future of the Jewish people is through personal identity formation, community building, leadership development, and supporting the whole student.
SF Hillel is affiliated with Hillel International. Hillel International enriches the lives of Jewish students so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world, and envisions a world where every student is inspired to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning and Israel.
About Hillel International
In 1923, Rabbi Benjamin Frankel started Hillel with humble means, a noble mission and a breathtaking vision: to convey Jewish civilization to a new generation. Today, Hillel International continues to enrich the lives of Jewish students and is the largest Jewish campus organization in the world at nearly 1,000 colleges and universities across North America and around the world. As Hillel evolves as an organization, the mission remains steadfast: to create lasting connections with every Jewish student that foster an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning, and Israel and train them to become the next Jewish leaders.
Hillel is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an accepting and inclusive environment for all.
