The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator for Jewish Educational Services and The Louise D. and Morton J. Macks Jewish Connection Network.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and technically savvy individual who will be responsible for administrative and operational aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for two agencies independently, as well as general shared office responsibilities. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for general office tasks, logistical support for programs and events, and digital media management. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated but also enjoys working as part of a team. Building effective working relationships is a key part of this position.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General office – printing/copies, office equipment maintenance, facilities liaison, answering phones, scheduling meetings, inventory and ordering supplies.
- Digital Media – maintaining social media pages (posts, likes, etc.), updating website, creating registration forms, maintaining database, and creating calendar of content.
- Program specific support to ensure high quality user experience.
- Invoicing and financial coordination with The Associated Finance Team.
Skills and Requirements:
- One to three years work-related experience.
- College degree required.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $45,000-$51,000/year; commensurate with experience.
