**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate on curriculum planning and nurture emergent learning with a focus on Jewish values and rituals (Judaic knowledge is a plus, but not required).
- Prepare learning spaces and communicate with parents.
- Maintain materials, classroom, and indoor play spaces.
- Respond to each child's individual and developmental needs positively and calmly.
- Promote self-esteem and independence in children.
- Model respect and value for individual and cultural differences.
- Show flexibility and a willingness to take on a fair share of work.
- Follow protocols for absences, emergencies, and schedule changes.
- Perform additional duties as needed to ensure program quality.
**Qualifications:**
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Lead Teacher/Group Supervisor certified
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and engage in various activities
