A leader in specialized education and behavioral health services is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Director of People Operations to shape the future of its HR strategies! As a Director of People Operations, you’ll be at the heart of creating an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. This role is ideal for a relationship-oriented, resourceful, and strategic HR professional who enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced and collaborative setting. Your knack for building strong relationships, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and adapt will make you a key asset to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage: Oversee the People Operations/HR team, managing budgets, resources, and strategic priorities to drive impactful HR initiatives.
  • Comprehensive HR Oversight: Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, culture and engagement, compliance, and compensation/benefits.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote organizational growth.
  • Foster Culture & Engagement: Champion an engaging organizational culture by developing initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and performance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain and update policies in accordance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Life Cycle Management: Support the entire employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to growth and development.
  • Benefit & Administration Oversight: Ensure seamless administration of employee benefits and HR processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Relevant HR experience with 5+ years in leadership (minimum 3+ years).
  • Adaptability & Drive: Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
