Foundation Level (Pre-School) Lead Teacher

The Temple Innovative School of Beth Sholom (TBSIS) on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional early childhood lead educator, who joyfully embraces living Jewishly every day and social-constructivist theories of learning and living. The early childhood educator will have a strong and healthy image of the child and deeply understand child development and how children learn.

As an educational program that is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, the responsibilities of the early childhood educator will include mindfully developing approaches and methodologies that enable a child to construct his or her own knowledge within a joyful and engaging environment. The early childhood educator will become a part of the larger professional collaborative team of educators within Temple Beth Sholom Innovative School and the Temple Beth Sholom community. The early childhood educator will work collaboratively to bring our children the highest quality learning experiences.
