Elementary Level Lead Teacher

The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional elementary level lead educator. We are a Reggio inspired school which means that we value a learner-centered approach in our classrooms. Our educators should be excited by this approach and have a passion for child development and how children learn.

The responsibilities of the elementary educator will include developing approaches and methodologies that incorporate State Standards while enabling a child to construct his or her own knowledge within a joyful, academic, engaging environment. The lead elementary educators work to bring our elementary learners the highest quality learning experiences.

The Innovative School is a collaborative workplace, where all voices are valued and robust professional development opportunities are offered. Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or an out of Field degree with teaching experience and State Certification.
