New York Regional Director for Republican Jewish Coalition

Job Description

The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) is seeking a New York Regional Director (NYRD) to manage our fundraising efforts, grassroots outreach, and community engagement throughout the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).

• The New York Regional Director will be expected to direct fundraising efforts by recruiting and soliciting major donors and maintaining relationships with existing donors. In this role, the NYRD will cultivate and solicit individuals for contributions to support RJC initiatives in the region and nationally.

• The NYRD will be expected to build statewide political networks by expanding coalitions and identifying and mobilizing new members to expand the RJC's base of support at the grassroots level.

• The NYRD will plan, organize, and execute relevant programming, meetings, and events throughout the region.

• The NYRD will be expected to have knowledge of state and national campaigns and elections, in addition to candidate fundraising and PACs. He/she will meet with candidates for office in the region to discuss the RJC’s mission and the issues important to members of our community.

• The NYRD will have a proven track record for face-to-face solicitations or sales, excellent oral and written communication skills, and networking capabilities.

• The NYRD will be a part of the national RJC team, which has additional offices in Washington DC, California, Florida, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. He/she will work together with the team to advance our mission and promote our basic principles.
