Beth Tikvah Congregation in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL, is seeking a warm, dynamic, and organized professional who works well with a wide variety of people, genuinely loves children, and is passionate about connecting with families. As the Religious School Principal, you will lead our vibrant PK-12th grade educational programs, inspiring children, teens, and parents alike through engaging, innovative programming that nurtures Jewish identity and strengthens our community.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Religious School, reporting to the Rabbi and the lay leader VP of Education. Your love for working with children and teens will shine as you build relationships, collaborate with clergy, staff, and lay leadership, and bring to life Beth Tikvah’s vision for a vibrant educational program.
