Position
SHI NA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage the foundation relations function. This position requires someone who has experience in management and overseeing strategic foundation and major funder cultivation to secure major grants, excellent writing and editing skills, and a deep understanding of and commitment to SHI’s mission. The Director of Foundation Relations and Outreach will be responsible for developing new philanthropic partnerships for priority initiatives and programs. This professional will manage the key account management/funder servicing elements, supervise staff, liaise with program professionals and executive staff, and will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Institutional Advancement as a member of a global development team that includes personnel across North America and Israel.
This position is based in-person four days per week in our office in Manhattan.

Qualifications
Salary range and benefits: $160,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience. Very competitive benefits package. SHI NA is an equal opportunity employer.
