Spiritual Leader Job Description
Temple B'nai Shalom is a small, growing, Reform congregation located in a 55+ retirement community in Deerfied Beach, Florida.
We are looking for a knowledgeable spiritual leader who can bring energy to the job and help us to grow the congregation.
The duties of the position include the following:
Conduct weekly Friday Night Services (not Saturday)
Lead High Holiday Services
Incorporate major holiday celebrations such as Hanukkah, Purim, Simchat Torah, etc into Friday night services
Lead a yearly Passover service
Participate in monthly Lunch and Learn sessions
Be available for life cycle events for our aging population
Help grow the membership of the congregation
