Sunday School Teacher Grade 6

Seeking friendly and energetic teacher for the 6th grade class, at our twice-monthly Sunday-afternoon secular Jewish school. Job to commence Fall 2024.

Candidates must be enthusiastic about teaching Jewish culture, history, values, literature, and tradition with joyful learning and critical thinking. We meet on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We offer a wonderful setting in which you can be creative and feel supported, as well as a good salary.

The themes covered in these years are: the Jewish response to poverty in the context of Social Justice, and the Holocaust.
