Hebrew Teacher Upper Elementary - Schechter Boston

Schechter Boston is looking for a dynamic and engaging educator to teach Hebrew for the 2025-2026 academic year. The specific grade level of the position will be determined based on need later this spring.

Job Description

• Design, plan and implement lessons that motivate students and create active learning experiences.
• Prepare and implement differentiated instruction, activities and assessments that meet the needs of every student.
• Collaborate with the Hebrew team to design curriculum, assessments, and work on teaching strategies.
• Build relationships with all students, so they are actively engaged in the classroom activities.
• Create and maintain a safe, well-structured physical environment that is conducive to student learning.

Requirements

• Native Hebrew Speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of two years experience teaching students, preferably in an elementary school setting.
• Exemplary teaching skills.
