We are looking for a spiritual leader who not only has a deep knowledge of our sacred traditions but who also possesses the visionary and leadership skills to guide us into the future. A Rabbi who can articulate a clear, compelling version for the next chapter of our congregation will help us grow, adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world. A Rabbi who has the ability to connect with members of all ages and backgrounds, while offering a deep sense of care and support, is essential in fulfilling the roles of this multifaceted role of a spiritual leader.

Our conservative synagogoue is located in Rumson, NJ, a beautiful coastal town with easy access to New York City and the broader tri-state area. We are a wonderful community established over 100 years ago in 1922! The passion and loyalty of our members and staff is unmatched. 

Salary is negotiable based on experience. 

Parsonage available for candidate within a 3 minute walk to our synagogue.
