Our Client is dedicated to providing the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and their families. If you are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for making a difference, we want you to join our vibrant team of experts in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, personalized ABA therapy to children, ensuring each child’s unique needs are addressed
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and other providers
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify targeted behaviors and create tailored treatment strategies
  • Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
  • Collaborate closely with families to foster a partnership that encourages sustainable growth and development for children
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in creating and implementing ABA treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards
  • Experience supervising RBTs or similar roles preferred

Full Caseload expected. (On-Site).

Pay is per hour (Alternative salary options are available)
