The Operations Director will oversee daily operations of the synagogue, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, manage facilities usage and tenant relations, collaborate and coordinate with clergy, lay leaders, administrative and educational staff, and foster a warm and welcoming community.
This position report to the President of Board of the Trustees.

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience, with benefits to be negotiated.
