Pre K Lead Teacher

The Early Learning Center at Congregation Ohr Shalom- Summit JCC located in Summit New Jersey is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners. Our philosophy emphasizes the importance of fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong passion for learning. We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Lead PreK Teacher to become part of our dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement a vibrant, age-appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and inspired to explore their surroundings.

- Collaborate with a supportive network of educators and administrators to provide a high-quality early childhood experience.

- Engage in effective communication with families to strengthen home-school partnerships.

• Maintain a well-organized, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning space.

** Hours are M-TH 8:30am-2:30pm M-F 8:30am-2pm

**Qualifications We Seek:**

- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or Bachelor's Degree).

- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.

- Strong leadership and classroom management skills.

• A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching approach.
