Who We Are:
JBN is a non-profit organization serving the most influential network of Jewish business leaders in the world. Our focus is to inspire C-Level executives and wealth creators to achieve outstanding outcomes in Jewish identity, family, wealth, and philanthropy. Our dedicated team is passionate about harnessing the power of community, recognizing that together we are greater than the sum of our parts. We empower our leaders to leverage their collective experience and influence to drive positive change in the world.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative professional who can bring our brand to life visually and narratively. The Creative Content & Brand Strategist will lead the development of high-impact materials—from compelling graphics and presentations to refreshed web pages and clear, mission-driven copy. This is a hybrid role for someone who can design, write, and think strategically about how a brand shows up across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand & Creative Direction
  • Lead the development and evolution of brand identity across digital and print

  • Create cohesive visual assets for events, campaigns, presentations, and stakeholder materials

  • Maintain brand standards and act as the creative lead for internal and external communications

  1. Content Development & Copywriting
  • Write and edit copy for decks, brochures, one-pagers, email campaigns, newsletters, and web content

  • Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging language

  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels

  1. Design & Asset Creation
  • Design event collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, banners, and branded templates

  • Own the creative process from concept through feedback to final delivery

  • Organize and maintain an accessible library of branded assets

  1. Website Oversight
  • Manage updates and improvements to the website’s content and visual layout

  • Design new landing pages or refresh existing ones as needed for campaigns or initiatives

  • Work within platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress to implement changes

  1. Project Management & Collaboration
  • Coordinate timelines, feedback loops, and approvals with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain a communications and content calendar to ensure timely execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support events, campaigns, and ongoing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, brand communications, or creative marketing

  • Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and writing/editing skills (please include link)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva

  • Experience designing for web using platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, or WordPress

  • Excellent copywriting and messaging instincts, with the ability to tailor tone and content to different audiences

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Personal Qualities:

  • Creative: Brings fresh ideas and can think both visually and conceptually

  • Collaborative: Enjoys working with a team, open to feedback, and thrives in partnership

  • Detail-Oriented: Maintains high standards for polish and professionalism

  • Mission-Driven: Aligned with JBN’s purpose and excited to help tell our story

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including PTO and remote work flexibility

  • 401(k)

  • Health insurance

  • A culture that supports work-life balance and values creativity, initiative, and impact

  • Opportunities for growth and leadership within a fast-moving organization
