Religious School Teachers

Temple Sinai of Hollywood is a Conservative synagogue located in Hollywood, Florida. We are a warmly welcoming and participatory Jewish community that honors traditions, celebrates diversity, and practices an authentic and dynamic Judaism.

Our religious school offers an inviting and vibrant environment and is committed to building a strong sense of Jewish community among our students and families. We provide a meaningful, engaging and positive Jewish education and experience for our children.

We are looking for Religious School teachers for our K-7th Grade classes. The school runs on Sunday mornings (9:00am-12:00pm) in person, on our synagogue campus in Hollywood. 

Ideal candidates will:

*Have a strong knowledge and understanding of Jewish practice and culture
*Have experience teaching and working with kids
*Have at least a basic knowledge of the Hebrew language (reading and prayer)
*Be energetic, engaging, fun and be able to mix both non-traditional and traditional
methods of teaching
*Have the ability to adapt curriculum to personal teaching style and enhance the provided
curriculum
