Special Projects Coordinator

Under general direction of the Executive Director, the highly organized and detail-oriented Special Projects Coordinator will support all Technological and Programmatic areas of the Temple and Religious School.

 

Communications and Technology

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of database and phone systems
  • Ensure website content is up to date and accurate
  • Collaborate with our communications consultant to optimize our social media, e-newsletter and other materials.
  • Responsible for event data collection
  • Conduct research, compile and analyze data.

 

 

Programming

  • Assist Senior Leadership Team with program implementation
  • Facilitates logistics for events, and meetings, such as registration- creation and monitoring, technology, preparation of resources for meetings, communications, food/beverage
  • Plan and oversee special projects for the Senior Leadership Team and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

 

 

Administrative:

  • Create forms, track enrollments and master CRM effectiveness in support of organizational needs
  • Using various software, including Microsoft teams, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
  • Work with ED to solidify annual community commitment levels and update CRM
  • Activate membership when community commitment forms are received; respond to inquiries in a timely professional and friendly manner
  • Prepare periodic reports for the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, reports and confidential files with highest standard of accuracys; work with ED on implementation of the document/file retention policy.
  • Act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to senior leadership team, as needed
  • Answering phone calls, schedule meetings and tours, as needed
  • Tracks receipts and General Ledger assignments related to the use of the credit card held in the name of the ED.
  • Assist with invoice processing and coding, as needed.

 

 

Overtime is occasionally required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand and utilize CRM systems, web platforms and phone system
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to treat confidential information with the highest level of discretion

While performing this job, the employee is required to sit. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk and hear. On occasion, the employee is required to reach, kneel, stoop, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required by this job including close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000, commensurate upon experience
