The Director of Jewish Life and Learning (DJLL), serves as a key member of the educational leadership team, plays a pivotal role in shaping the Jewish life and learning experiences within our school community. The Director of Jewish Life and Learning is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Judaic and Israel education, ensuring a rich and meaningful integration of Jewish values, culture, tradition, Hebrew language, and the study of Israel across all aspects of our school. The DJLL will support the centrality of Hebrew language instruction as well as the teaching of Israel, its history, culture and peoples. The DJLL helps to create a learning environment and school community that is intentionally pluralistic and welcoming to all. The DJLL partners closely with the Principal and reports directly to the Head of School.
