HS Physics Teacher

Beginning in the fall of 2025, our strong Science Department is seeking a part time or full time Physics teacher. At SAR, we require all of our students to take physics before graduation. We are looking for a teacher who can teach both our “Mathematical Physics” course to those students more advanced in mathematics, and our “Conceptual Physics” course to those students less advanced in mathematics.  Physics is offered in both 11th and 12th grade.  All applicants should be confident teaching a range of physics courses. 

 

Lab work is done often in each physics course and is an important part of the curriculum. Experience conducting labs is necessary.

 

The salary is $60-90,000 and is commensurate with experience and number of teaching periods.
