Overview
The Office Manager, Executive Assistant to Senior Rabbi is the detail-oriented professional who keeps ongoing congregational processes running smoothly. The position is responsible for ensuring every member of the administrative team has the resources that they need, and that the office is well-stocked and prepared. The position also supports the Senior Rabbi, organizing meetings with congregant leaders, and taking on special assignments as requested. Sitting in Beth Am’s administrative office, this in-person role is a warm first point of contact and resource for congregants and visitors who walk in or call on the phone. This full time position reports to the Executive Director.

Congregation Beth Am is a Reform congregation established in 1955 in Los Altos Hills, California. Beth Am offers a variety of opportunities to engage in Jewish life, ranging from Jewish learning for all ages and backgrounds, social justice initiatives, fostering community and belonging, and leading inspiring holiday and prayer services. With more than 1,200 member households, this is one of the largest Jewish communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
