POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Systems & Salesforce Administrator is a critical member of Momentum. Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Systems, this role supports the organization by working closely with the Systems team to service needs across the organization by delivering functional solutions that leverage Momentum’s customized Salesforce ecosystem.

This position involves hands-on technical implementation, Salesforce administration, and the ability to communicate effectively while adapting to shifting priorities. The Systems & Salesforce Administrator contributes to streamlining operations and enhancing the end-user experience by leveraging technology to meet organizational needs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Salesforce Administration & Development

  • Ensures optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce for optimized integration and improved automation.
  • Serves as a technical lead for Salesforce projects.
  • Oversees the maintenance of Salesforce security components such as roles, profiles, permission sets, etc.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal clients and system users to understand their business needs and develop software solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop, document, and implement training for users and maintain current materials.


Data Management & Reporting

  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry remediation.
  • Generate organization-wide reports and dashboards; fulfill requests to build custom reports and dashboards.


Integrated Systems Support

  • Manage technical needs of other Salesforce-integrated platforms, including FormAssembly, Zapier, Stripe, Authorize.net, Linvio, DocuSign, and Nintex DocGen.
  • Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases and provide relevant training and support.


Project Management

  • Work collaboratively with other systems staff to manage the pipeline of Salesforce feature enhancements, post-launch implementation, testing, and release.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.


Other duties as assigned. 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Administration; prior nonprofit experience preferred.
  • One or more Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator/ Advanced Administrator) preferred.
  • Experience in NPSP/ Non-Profit Cloud and Experience Cloud preferred.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, is resourceful, and learns quickly with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.
  • Ability to work irregular hours including occasional nights and Sundays that involve organizational events and meetings.

This is an exempt position. The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on relevant experience.
