Director of Programming and Operations (PT)

Congregation Beth El is seeking a skilled and motivated Director of Programming and Operations to oversee and enhance the synagogue’s diverse range of programs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations under the direction of the congregation’s rabbi. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong computer literacy and experience in program management and a strong understanding of orthodox Jewish synagogue life. The position would involve management of the synagogue’s programs, facilities, procurements, computer database, website, publications and communications.
