  • Provide timely political and policy updates that inform and inspire people to become more involved in pro-Israel politics and AIPAC
  • Utilize existing leadership to host parlor meetings and identify and engage prospects
  • Work closely with our DC based Research team to identify high level donor prospects
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM to ensure the most accurate and timely information is logged including individual activities/communications, and meetings.
  • Build and sustain strong, personal relationships with relevant high-level donors and inspire them to increase their investment in our work to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship.
  • Meet acquisition goals for pro-Israel politics and AIPAC

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Passion for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship, as well as knowledge of issues related to Israel, the Middle East and American politics
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in political fundraising/sales/development or a related field with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience
  • A proven track record in sales, client relations, political fundraising, or another field that showcases your ability to build strong relationships, close deals, and grow revenue.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven and able to work independently, in addition to working with your colleagues to meet goals and objectives
  • Exceptional people skills and the ability to form close, personal relationships with current and prospective AIPAC members
  • Work efficiently under pressure; meet deadlines; demonstrate strategic thinking and good decision-making, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
  • An understanding and appreciation for AIPAC’s bipartisan, single-issue approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Outreach.io or other similar tools are a plus.
