We are seeking an Education Director to lead our innovative team, guiding educators, fostering growth, and ensuring academic excellence in a nurturing, community-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with parents and staff.
• Ensure academic and social-emotional goals are met.
• Mentor and support educators.
• Promote continuous improvement in teaching and administration.
• Oversee program and staff evaluations.
• Represent the school internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in education.
• 5+ years of K-8 classroom experience.
• 3+ years incorporating social-emotional learning.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Passion for student-driven learning and social-emotional growth.

Preferred:

• Experience as an educational coach.
• Expertise in curriculum design.
