The American Technion Society (ATS) supports visionary education and world-changing impact through the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Based in New York City, it represents thousands of US donors, alumni, and stakeholders who invest in the Technion’s growth and innovation to advance critical research and technologies that serve the State of Israel and the global good. YOUR ROLE
Are you a creative designer with a passion for impactful visuals? Join our team to collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, and Programs (MCAP) and Donor Relations teams, crafting digital and print materials that engage and inspire. From proposals and reports to digital campaigns and social media templates, your designs will shape our narrative. As a brand steward, you'll ensure consistency and elevate our visual identity across all projects, making a meaningful impact on how we communicate our mission.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design layouts for print materials like proposals, reports, and publications
- Create digital assets for campaigns, emails, and social media
- Develop event invitations and related graphics
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, serving as a brand expert
- Collaborate with teams to meet design needs for marketing and internal communications
- Provide creative input on campaigns and content strategies
- Assist with additional design tasks as needed
SKILLS and STRENGTHS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of design experience, preferably in marketing or agency settings
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; motion graphics/video editing a plus
- Familiarity with Canva and digital design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with brand management and adherence to guidelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for customer service and commitment to high-quality work

Salary Range: $30 to 40 an hour
