Position Overview:

As the Principal of Chabad Stream School Tamim Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and moral framework of our students. Your responsibilities will include overseeing grades K-8, providing professional support to teachers, offering guidance to parents, and conducting age-appropriate assessments and consultations for individual students. You will also assist in curriculum implementation and development, ensuring that our educational offerings remain innovative and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the school’s educational programs for grades K-8.
• Provide professional development and support to teaching staff.
• Engage with parents and provide guidance on their children’s education.
• Conduct assessments and consultations for individual student needs.
• Assist in curriculum development and implementation, adapting to evolving educational trends.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
• Leadership experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Jewish and Cultural Practices
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation.
• Experience with Project Based Learning methodologies.
• Deep familiarity with progressive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
