We seek a full-time dynamic New York Program Manager to help facilitate Hadar’s in-person NY yeshiva-based programs. Our vibrant center of learning, Yeshivat Hadar, is known for sophisticated Torah study, a commitment to gender equality, and a network of people who share a quest for purpose and meaning.
The New York Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations and logistics for all NY-based Yeshivat Hadar programs, including fellowships, multi-day immersive programs, weekly classes, events, and lectures. This person will manage the participant experience from recruitment/admissions to program execution to post-program evaluation. The New York Program Manager will report to our Director of New York Programs and be a core member of Hadar’s Program and Engagement Team. This is an in-person NY-based position.

Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Director of New York Programs to manage operational needs for NY-based programs, including vendor communication, contract worker management, facility coordination and scheduling, supply procurement, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless participant experience from arrival to program completion.
Effectively communicate with program participants before, during, and after each program to provide necessary information and support.
Oversee all aspects of admissions for NY-based programs, including processing applications, selecting participants, and managing enrollment logistics.
Develop comprehensive surveys for Hadar’s NY-based programs in collaboration with relevant departments to establish effective evaluation processes.
Manage data collection and processing systems for NY-based programs to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
Provide support for operational needs in the NY office as they arise, contributing to the overall efficiency of office operations.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to oversee and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and driven to initiate and implement new systems to improve program efficiency.
Skilled in problem-solving, anticipating needs, planning, and finding creative solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and clear communication style and excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in learning and utilizing technology and systems effectively, including Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, Survey Monkey, Google Workplace, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
Basic proficiency with A/V technology and wireless microphones is a plus, along with the ability to effectively communicate about sound and video needs.
Possesses a flexible and collaborative spirit, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment.
Demonstrates a passion for Hadar’s mission and an understanding of the value of the Yeshiva and immersive learning experiences.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $60-$65K.
