Position ProfileThe Rosh Kvutzah (RK) is the program supervisor and team leader for a camper program group. As a member of the summer leadership team, RKs play a critical role in shaping the camper and staff experience in their program. They oversee day-to-day life – this includes camper care, program planning, staff support & supervision, and serve as the primary point person for all things related to their program.
More than just a planner or manager, RK’s are role models, mentors, and leaders. They are entrusted with creating an environment where campers feel safe, connected, challenged, and happy - and where staff are supported, empowered, and held to our standard of excellence.

Compensation
$4,500 - $5,500, depending on experience.
