Associate Marketing Director

Crandall Associates is an executive search firm, conducting a search for an Assistant Marketing Director.  This role is located in midtown Manhattan, and is hybrid (3 days/week in office).

Our client is an organization that provides retirement and insurance products tailored to fulfill the financial needs—and shared values—of professionals in the Reform Jewish Movement.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media outreach, and SMS marketing. 
• Utilize A/B testing of subject lines, content, and design elements, and implement best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in managing projects with design agency including website enhancements, brochures, social media content, and videos.
• Use data-driven insights to identify and deliver effective marketing campaigns, enhance the user experience, and increase conversion rates. 
• Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely and targeted delivery of emails, content, and social media posts.
• Write, edit, and proofread audience communications and content across print and digital platforms (website, employer and participant portals, video, webinars, email, and social media).

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience in marketing roles within the financial services or non-profit world.
• Experience working for a Jewish-based organization a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively tell a story or convey a message in clear, concise language for print and digital channels.
