VP, Early Childhood Operations

A South Palm Beach County Early Childhood program is currently hiring a VP, Early Childhood Operations. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the department and for supporting and advocating for children, families and staff. This position undertakes administrative, supervisory, and direct service roles in the following areas of responsibility: budget, operations, marketing, communications, admissions, special events and fundraising.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Master’s degree in Education or School Administration
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in the field with a proven track record of success, innovation and growth.
• Preschool Operations experience
• Extensive supervisory experience
• Superior customer service experience skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Meet all additional state and/or local requirements as specified by regulatory agencies: finger printing, background check, 40 hour course
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certified
